Plume

Plume is a lightweight webpage  that provides a very simple scratchpad.

I mostly use it myself to jot down ideas.

For now the scratchpad is divided into two area : the left one is small and used as a to do list, the right one is bigger and used as a note pad.

Still in development. Might be unstable.
